Defendant was convicted by a jury of robbery, kidnapping, and armed criminal action. The trial court assessed consecutive sentences under the Second Offender Act at thirty years, ten years, and thirty years, respectively. We reverse the armed criminal action conviction as mandated by Sours v. State, S.W.2d (Mo.banc, Aug. 1980) (Sours II). We affirm the robbery and kidnapping convictions.
